Here are my top 20 favourite books (at least for now!). I had a hard time choosing because my books are kind of like my kids. I don't like playing favourites. However, I'd rate all these as transformational. And what I really love about them is that they are a combination of logic and rationale with intuition, which is my kinda my vibe.
Also, most of them discuss how mindfulness, meditation, yoga and key spiritual principles (acceptance, gratitude, presence, compassion) really work - which is something humans have known for centuries - but that science is just catching up with.
